We currently collect and process the following information:


  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics – name, address, email, telephone number.



How we get the personal information and why we have it


Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:


  • To provide you as the client, with our services, notify you of offers, notify you of any changes to our services.



We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:


  • Facebook, Intsagram, TikTok or other social media platforms whereby you direct message,  a comment or question, click any link to our services.


We use the information that you have given us, in order to answer questions or queries, respond to comments, provide you with our services, notify you of further offers or services, notify you of any changes to our services & general communication with you as the client.


We will not share this information with any third party without your written consent.


We will only share this information with a third party without your consent, where we are legally bound by law to do so.



Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information



Your information is securely stored.

Paper files are kept securely in a locked filingbox/cabinet.

Electronic files are kept in an encrypted file.

We keep your personal information ( as detailed above ) for 7 years from the date of your last session.

We will then safely dispose of said information by the method of Shredding.

This applies to both paper files and encrypted electronic files.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.


Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate.

You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.


Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.


Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.


Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.


Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.


You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.

Client Agreement & Expectations

Explained



The client agreement is a contract undertaken by myself & you, the client, in relation to how we work together to achieve the results you may be seeking on your own personal journey.


A copy of this agreement will be sent to you by email, for your consideration.


You will be required to fill in any relevant information including your expectations from the sessions.


Your signature and date are required.


Please read the Full Terms &Conditions along with any documentation you receive by email, before completing and signing the Client Agreement Document.


It is important that you return ALL completed forms to:

These must be dated & signed and received at least 24 hours BEFORE the day of our first booked session.


Our session will not take place until these documents have been received.

Failure to return any completed, signed and dated documents within the time period stated above, may result in the cancellation of our session.


In this case, you may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.


Exceptions:

Prior written arrangement/agreement by both parties.

A last minute session booking whereby it is not possible to return the respective documents/agreement within the time stated above.


Payment in full is required when the Session or Coaching Package is booked unless a payment plan has been previously discussed & agreed to by both parties.


All of the above steps are necessary before we begin working together



I do not do the work for you nor tell you what you should do. You know yourself better than anyone else could.

So, my role is to guide you to connect with your own heart & wisdom.


I am here to be the light that illuminates your pathway forward, as is right for you & you alone.


Therefore, any results that you wish to achieve, are fully dependent on your commitment & dedication to the process.


Accountability is key here, as it is your journey, therefore you are responsible for the decisions made & the outcomes.


I may set tasks such as prompt questions to journal on & suggestions of tips & techniques you may find useful to implement in daily life.

Only you can decide whether to complete such tasks. They are there as guidance so, you have to decide if you are dedicated enough to your growth, to go all in & do the work.


My role is to gently support you along this journey, to encourage & motivate.


I walk beside you as a guiding light but the rest is up to you!


So, when you sign our agreement, you will be agreeing to working together in this manner & taking responsibility for the outcome.


This is also applicable to any Free Downloads, Courses (whether Self Study or otherwise) or any services provided by CaLuminosa



For this reason, NO guarantees are given.





Refund & Cancellation Policy



We will agree dates & times to schedule our sessions together.


Please endeavour to be on time & fully prepared for each session, having pen & notebook if needed & any completed tasks from the previous session.


And of course, I will honour that myself, always bringing the best of myself to support you to the best of my ability.


I fully appreciate that life happens!


So, there may be occasions when sessions need to be rearranged.


There will be discretion used on my part to ascertain whether any charge may be incurred as a result, dependent on the circumstances.


Cancellations made up to 48hrs before a session will NOT incur a charge.


Cancellations made up to 24hrs before a session will incur a 25% charge.


Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full at my discretion as stated above.


If 3 or more cancellations are made by you, during our work together or during the period of the agreed Coaching Package purchased by you and without valid reason, I reserve the right to terminate our agreement & will not honour any further sessions.


Any charges will be applied dependent on the cancellation policy above.


A refund will be given for any remaining unused sessions minus any charges that may have been applied as stated above.


This is because I honour my time & energy so, I would ask that you to do likewise, as indeed I with you.


It is important for me as a Coach, to work with clients who are ready to commit to their growth.


So, if I feel that you are not showing dedication to that, I feel it is important for me, to terminate our agreement.


Any unexplained ‘no shows ’where you fail to attend a session without prior notification, may result in termination of our agreement at my discretion.


Please be aware that if a Coaching Package has been purchased (for example for 12 weeks ) then every attempt must be made by you, to rearrange any cancelled sessions within that 12 week period.


Any sessions NOT taken during the agreed period, will NOT be carried over beyond the agreed term.


NO refund will be issued for any unused sessions under these circumstances.


All documents requiring completion, date & signature by you, must be received by myself, at least 24 hours before the day of our first session.

Failure to do so, may result in the cancellation of our session.

In this case, a cancellation fee as stated above, may apply.

My Responsibility To You


Any cancellations made by myself will NOT incur a charge to you.


I will endeavour to show you the same respect as I would ask in return, by giving you 48hrs notice of any cancellations where possible.


Any sessions needing to be rearranged by me as a result of a cancellation, will be made within the agreed Coaching Package term where possible & agreeable to both parties.


Where this can not be accommodated, I will honour all pre paid sessions, by extending the term of the Coaching Package until the agreed number of sessions have been honoured.


If for any reason I feel that I’m not able to serve you for your highest good, I will discuss this with you & terminate our agreement, refunding any remaining sessions within the agreed Coaching Package.


I agree to guide you for your highest good & and to the best of my ability.


If any issues arise that I feel are more complex & requiring more specific expertise, I will advise you, as the client, to seek more specified, professional counselling relative to the issue.


I reserve the right to terminate our agreement & stop the sessions should I feel you need more specialised help.


A refund will be given for any remaining sessions dependent on the Coaching Package you have purchased.




Course Refunds & Cancellations


The outcome of these is dependent on you & the decisions you make. You choose if or how you implement any changes. So, the 'success'  from any Free Downloads or Courses undertaken by you, is solely your responsibility.

We will of course always endeavour to aim for a mutually satisfying outcome of any dispute or complaint.




Client/Coach Relationship


In life, not everyone gels!


The relationship between Client & Coach is dependent on mutual honesty & respect, we have to like each other, right!!


You have the right to decide who you invest your time & money in supporting you on your journey & deserve a Coach who you feel you gel with & feel comfortable with.


I too have the right to decide who gets to work with me & where I invest my time & energy.


I’m passionate about working with clients who are equally as passionate & enthusiastic but also committed to their ongoing growth & healing.


Who are prepared to do the work to achieve results & succeed on their own individual journey.


This dynamic is what gets results & makes for a happy Client & happy Coach!


Therefore, before any contract is undertaken to work together, an informal chat will take place between myself & yourself, to see if we feel we are able to work together for the highest good of you, the Client & myself as the Coach.


Once that’s established & we both feel happy to proceed, a contract will be formulated & signed which forms the agreement between both parties.



It is vital that you recognise & respect that the arrangement between us, is a Professional arrangement between myself as your Coach & you as the Client at all times.


There are boundaries in place to protect both you as the Client & myself as the Professional.


For this reason, any behaviour or comments within our work together, that I deem as inappropriate, will not be tolerated.


Therefore, under such circumstances, I reserve the right to terminate our contract with immediate effect.


Under these circumstances NO REFUND will be issued for any remaining sessions.



Complaints


If for any reason you are feeling unhappy about your experience then please raise any issues at the next available session first, so this can be discussed together.

Every step will be taken by myself to resolve any issues you may have.

If a mutually agreeable resolution can not be achieved then our agreement will be terminated & a refund given for any remaining unused sessions .



In Conclusion


It is necessary to set clear guidelines for both parties.


This is in place to protect both myself as the Coach & you as the Client.


Please make sure you have read & fully understood ALL the points covered in this document before agreeing to proceed.


Entering into a signed agreement for Coaching with myself, is indication that you have read the Terms & Conditions in full & are in agreement.
